Infrastructure Upgrades
We’re updating the hardware powering the Act-On platform to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

For short periods during this two-hour window, the Act-On platform may be unavailable. Actions taking place during this window could be postponed until maintenance is complete.

Whitelisting for 2019
Action required: Whitelist Act-On’s current IPs to ensure you receive important system alerts like test emails, form submission alerts, etc.
Act-On is adding IP ranges to our IP resource block. To ensure that you continue receiving Act-On system messages (like test emails), these updates need to be made in your corporate IT system.
Please work with your IT team by February 18th, 2019 to erase the list of Act-On IPs that were previously whitelisted and replace them with the list of IPs found in the Act-On University.
