New Form Template Generates 2-3X More Leads

Act-On’s own marketing team recently examined how we could increase lead captures by creating a more streamlined gated content experience, which we like to call, "Frictionless Forms".

Gating content in this way gives the user faster access to the content, and ultimately generates more leads for marketers.

We’ve seen great results so far — more than a 2.5x increase in leads — from using these new forms that offer a more frictionless experience.

This new customized form template is available to you at no additional cost. If you want to start taking advantage of this new template, please contact your Account Manager.

This new button can be found under the Save dropdown options. The print is responsive, so selecting mobile, text, and choosing recipients for sample personalization (Review tab only) will be reflected in the Print and Save views.

New Contact Report Timeline Behaviors, Details, and Filter Options
New filter options are available when viewing the Timeline:

• Email Sent
• Email Open
• Email Click
• Form Submit
• Form View
• Bounce (displayed on individual behavior)
