How can we improve things for our customers?

This is what we often ask ourselves. Act-On Design wants to collaborate with you—our customers. You're our most trusted advisors and we want to hear your thoughts on how we can make the experience better throughout the product.

The Details

The design team at Act-On is committed to delivering a terrific product experience. When we’re not focused on new features, we’re exploring ways to incrementally improve the user interface.

To do this effectively, we want to engage in relationships with our customers as long-term strategic partners to learn about your goals and the tasks involved to achieve them. We're calling it the Design Partner Program and here’s what you can expect when we connect.

You’re the featured attraction

You upload your contacts, design a creative email and work with a copywriter to get the pitch just right. Whatever your process, we’d love for you to take us through it.

Minor bumps ahead

For some of our larger design initiatives, we may end up building a clickable prototype. We'll ask you to use it to perform simple tasks to help us smooth over any bumps.

Static electricity

During early stages of product development, we’ll create static mockups of what we’re considering. Next, we’ll have you take a look to us know if we’re on the right path.

It's live!

For larger design initiatives that have been recently released to production or are close to it, we may ask you use a feature and have you report back your impressions and findings.
