The Account Report joins Act-On’s CRM Customization Toolkit
The CRM customization toolkit has been expanded to offer sales teams visibility into the collective engagement of an entire account from within the CRM and other sales platforms they are already using. These tools provide comprehensive Contact and Account Reports that provide insights into the collective account’s behavior history; who the most engaged leads are; as well as the ability to easily customize, send and track personalized template messages to leads as a part of a connected customer engagement life cycle.
Make sure you're getting the full value of the Act-On platform across Sales and Marketing.

January 15 Expect Changes to Media Links in Emails and Landing Pages
Google Chrome began blocking HTTP content from loading on secure sites in December 2019. By February 2020, Chrome will block all media (images, audio, video) that don’t load over HTTPS. Currently, Act-On replaces HTTPS media links within email messages with HTTP links. This was put into place in Act-On some time ago to help older versions of Outlook (which do not support HTTPS assets) render images correctly. On January 15, the Act-On application will no longer replace HTTPS media links with HTTP in email messages. This will also apply to the "View in Browser" page.
