LIVE now!

New In-Product Navigation: You may have noticed that your Act-On instance looks a bit different. We’ve updated the top and left side navigation with new iconography that more accurately reflects functionality in the product and is more intuitive to users whether novice or experienced. This is part of an ongoing effort to make Act-On even more user friendly and accessible, and there are many more changes coming in the near future. Let us know what you think! 

Act-On is Now a Silver Partner with Zapier: What does this mean for you? It opens up a world of marketing and sales application opportunities. With Zapier as an integration facilitator, you can capture EventBright registrations for your Act-On lists, send Twillo SMS messages to Act-On contacts in your automated programs, add Shopify customers to your Act-On lists, send Act-On templated invites through Calendly, and exchange dynamic data as you expand your martech capabilities. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg! With hundreds of available applications to work with, you can extend your marketing engagements to wherever your customers live and breathe.

Transactional Event Triggered Email and SMS features are in Beta and available to start using now via Act-On's Early Access Program. Customers participating are super engaged and seeing great value.

Transactional Event Triggered Email: Sometimes, you want to reach your customers in a hurry to acknowledge a purchase, to update a password, to confirm a change in their account or alert them to an unexpected delay in deliveries. With event-triggered emailing, you can send 1:1, time-sensitive messages to your customers directly through Act-On. By centralizing all of your emailing activities in Act-On - both promotional and transactional - you can ensure your customers get consistent brand and communications experiences, track engagement, and consolidate lists and activities in one place.

SMS Messaging: Increasingly seen as the next big channel for marketing to and communicating with prospects and customers, SMS messaging is coming soon to Act-On. With a greater than 95% open rate within moments of arrival, SMS messages are effective and timely. And when integrated into your Act-On automated programs, scoring and tracking, they are a great method for communicating through both transactional and promotional in-the-moment marketing.

Generating Campaign Performance Reports in Act-On

Act-On campaigns can be created for reporting purposes. This feature allows you to create an aggregate report of all assets from Act-On based on your individual campaigns. In fact, I have an Act-On campaign associated with these customer newsletters. It allows me to easily track and report on individual and aggregate performance and engagement from month to month, quarter to quarter, or for the entire year.
