Who can register for Office Hours?
Office Hours are open to all Act-On Customers.
Are Office Hours 1:1?
Please note that Office Hours are designed as a group setting, and are not intended to be 1:1 meetings with our Customer Success Managers or Deliverability Consultants. However, you are free to share your screen and ask any questions related to our platform or email marketing in general during the group discussion.
The session may be recorded and offered for on-demand replay at a later date. If you prefer a private consultation, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to schedule a 1:1 meeting with them. Your Account Manager can help you schedule a Deliverability consultation with one of our Deliverability Consultants.
What topics will be covered?
Open Office Hours do not have a set topic. During Workshop days, the first 30 minutes will be dedicated to the announced topic. However, after the workshop has been completed, you are welcome to ask any questions related to our platform or email marketing in general, even if they are unrelated to the announced topic.
