During this open Q&A, you can ask questions about features, workflows, and general platform usage, or work through how to build or refine things like automated programs with guidance from the Customer Success team. You are also welcome to listen in as other customers discuss real-world use cases.

These sessions focus on platform usage, best practices, and practical guidance within Act-On.

Office Hours take place every Tuesday at 9:00 AM PT.

Are Office Hours 1:1?

Customer Success Office Hours are held in a group setting and are not intended to be private 1:1 meetings.

That said, attendees are welcome to ask questions, share their screen, and talk through platform-related scenarios during the session. Questions are addressed in real time so others can listen in and learn as well.

Sessions may be recorded and made available for on-demand viewing at a later date.
